NicheCanvas Return, Exchange, and Order Policy

At NicheCanvas, every piece of art is custom-made for you, ensuring it is tailored to your unique taste and crafted with care. To maintain our high standards and deliver the best customer experience, please review our detailed policies below.

 

30-Day Issue Resolution

We allow 30 days after delivery to notify us of any issues. Whether it’s a manufacturing defect, damage, or dissatisfaction, our team is here to assist.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

  • 24-Hour Flexibility:
    • You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it at no extra cost.
  • Adjustments After 24 Hours:
    • A 10% fee will apply for changes requested after 24 hours, provided production has not started.
    • Once production has begun, modifications to the image, size, or framing options are not possible.
  • Address Updates:
    • Addresses can be updated until the order ships, provided the new address is within the same zip code.
    • Changes to a different town, state, or country are not allowed.

Damage, Dissatisfaction & Returns

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    • If your item arrives damaged or if the received product differs in image, size, or frame from your order, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
    • Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect and the barcode for prompt resolution.
  • Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction:
    • If you are dissatisfied due to size mismatches, color variances, or a change of mind, we offer two options:
      • Partial Store Credit:
        • We provide partial store credit, retaining 33% of the original cost to cover production, materials, labor, and our actual shipping cost from us to you (even if you received free shipping).
        • The store credit will be issued as a non-combinable coupon code, which cannot be used with other promotions.
        • Credit can be applied toward any future purchase.
      • Full Return (Upon Request):
        • You will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping.
        • The refundable amount will exclude the 33% of the original cost, covering production, materials, labor, and our actual shipping cost from us to you.
        • Returned products will be responsibly discarded or donated to charity, as they cannot be resold or restocked.

Custom Items

  • Custom Artwork:
    • For custom-made items, including canvases created from images you upload, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or damage.
    • We recommend double-checking your uploaded image for quality, resolution, and accuracy before placing your order. Our team is available to assist with any questions before production.

Why 33% Is Deducted

The 33% deduction reflects the real costs incurred for your custom artwork, which include:

  • Production Costs: Custom printing, materials, and framing.
  • Labor Costs: Skilled craftsmanship to create your unique piece.
  • Shipping Costs: The actual shipping cost we incur to deliver your order, even though we offer free shipping to you.

By retaining this percentage, we can continue delivering high-quality, made-to-order art while maintaining fairness for our customers and business.

Return Labels

We do not offer prepaid return labels. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Restock or resell returned items.
  • Modify our logistics and manufacturing processes to handle returns.
